High power fiber laser FO series

  • FO is a fiber laser oscillator with high quality and high power.
  • Product variations from output power 1 kW to 8 kW.
  • FO has the following four unique features that do not allow other fiber lasers to compete.
    (1) Single amp oscillator architecture resistant to back reflected light
    (2) Wide range of power control: 1% to 100%
    (3) Output power stability of ± 1% or less
    (4) Various beam mode (single mode, multimode, and ring mode)

Single amp oscillator architecture resistant to back reflected light

Avoiding unexpected troubles caused by back reflected light.

  • Unique structure with anti-reflectiveness makes it possible to welding process of materials with high reflectance such as copper and aluminum.
  • Irradiation from vertical angle is available by FO, while conventional laser require irradiation from tilted angle in order to avoid troubles brought by back reflected light.
  • You may safely use galvano scanner connected to FO, though it often bring reflected light back to oscillating unit.

Structure of conventional fiber laser Laser generated by oscillator is amplified before irradiation. In case that reflected light enter into oscillator, its power exceeds a capacity of oscillator, then it occurs troubles such as damage.
